Welcome to Core Logistic Services!

We are so excited to partner with you for your warehousing and order fulfillment needs.  Make sure you bookmark this page, as it contains information you may need to refer to time to time. 


Here we will walk through the steps to get you set up for fulfillment.  Please note that not every part of this will apply to your unique circumstances, and if questions arise you can reach out to us at info@corelogisticservices.com and we will get back to you in a timely fashion.

Communication

We have a variety of ways you can reach us, but we find that it is best to have just one space to keep all communication, so emails and text chains don't get lost.


You will receive a login invite to Basecamp.  Inside you will see there is space to share documents, keep track of special projects, a message board (for special links, newsletters and notices) and the chat.


Please let us know if you have additional team members who should have access to this.  It is best for each person to have their own unique login as there is a "chat" feature that will allow everyone to know who is corresponding.

Step One: Send us your products, custom inserts, etc.

Remember, we never charge to add a custom insert in your packages.  This is a great way to include a thank you card, coupon or QR code to review their order.  Send us a message in Basecamp with instructions.  For example, if you want to let everyone know about a sale that you're having, let us know the date we should stop including these in your orders.

Step Two: Connect your online store(s)

We will request access to your store in order to establish an API connection.  This allows us to receive your order information so we know right away what to send and to whom.

Step Three: Set up shipping options

What sort of shipping options do you provide for your customers?  Do you have a preferred carrier?  Do you offer expedited shipping?  Will you be shipping internationally?  Would you like to purchase shipping insurance?

Step Four: Shipping deposit

We require that you have a deposit on your account to be used for shipping.  As we ship out your orders, the charges will be applied to your account.  When your account dips below an agreed upon threshold, you will be charged to replenish your initial deposit.


Please reach out to us at info@corelogisticservices.com to set this up.  We highly recommend this so there is no interruption in sending out your orders.

Step Five: Log in to CartonCloud

CaronCloud is our warehouse management software that allows you to view your orders, enter purchase orders, run reports and view your stock levels at any time.


You will receive an email with login instructions, and if you need additional user access, please email the user's name and email address to us at info@corelogisticservices.com

PROCESSES & PROCEDURES

Let us know when your products are being sent to us.

We call this a "purchase order" and it lets us know what you are sending us so that we can check and make sure that what arrives is what you expect.  If your manufacturer only sends 100 of a product when you ordered 500, then we can let you know so you can reach out to your manufacturer to see what happened.


To do this, you can:

  • Enter a purchase order into CartonCloud (preferred)
  • Send us a copy of the invoice/packing slip of the products being sent to us

Manual Orders

Sometimes you need to process an order that is outside of your online store.  When this happens you can log in to CartonCloud and submit a manual order.  Click this link to watch a tutorial video walking you through the process.

Reports

There are various reports available within CartonCloud to view your stock levels, see if an order has already been fulfilled, etc.  Click the link below to view the tutorial video.

Monthly Invoicing

You will receive an invoice at the beginning of each month for the previous months' service.  This will include any charges that are not shipping costs (pick & pack charges, kitting, storage, etc.).
